GeTime directly collects the following data from users:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Approximate location (via GPS authorization)

  • In-app navigation data (waiting times, businesses visited, etc.)

Purpose of Processing

Data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Creating and managing user accounts

  • Booking an appointment slot with a business

  • Tracking queues in real-time

  • Sending push notifications

  • Sharing information with the selected business

  • Fraud prevention and customer support

Legal Basis

Data processing is based on:

  • User consent at the time of registration

  • Legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the app

  • Execution of a contract as part of the queue management service

Mandatory or Optional Nature

The information requested at registration is mandatory to use the application.
Without this information, the service cannot function.

Data Recipients

Data may be shared with:

  • Partner businesses where users book a slot

  • Technical service providers hosting or maintaining the platform

Data is never sold under any circumstances.

Data Retention

Data is retained:

  • Up to 12 months after the last use of the application

  • Or immediately upon a user’s request for deletion
